September's Embers: A Poetic Prose Observation of the World

I wondered why so many of our leaders lie. Was our world what we thought it was? I wondered why the people were so divided. How deeply was our system corrupted? Who were the people who decided what our society should look like? Who really waged the wars, and why? I dug and spied, researched, and then scribed my findings. I remembered how I saw the world when I was a child, and then I went forward into the shadows of the illusion.

What if everything you thought was wrong was really right? What if everything truth you ever believed in turned out to be a lie?
