The Worry Wave

The Worry Wave is a story to help children along the path of discovering their emotions with the help of mindfulness and meditation. When children are feeling overwhelmed by the pressures and worries of life, this is to remind them, they are not alone. Their worries and fears are a part of their experience and will ebb and flow just like waves of the ocean. It's not about making them be “bad” emotions; it's about accepting them as part of the ride.
